How Pro overage is calculated
Section titled “How Pro overage is calculated”MAU = distinct users who authenticated at least once in the current billing period. The period is monthly, anchored on the day of your first Pro payment.
If you end the period with 130,000 MAU: 100,000 included in the flat ($29) 30,000 above × $0.02 = $600 overage
Total billable: $29 + $600 = $629Spending cap: configurable. When projection would cross the cap, we block new signups. Your bill never goes above the cap. How to set it →
Questions we get
Section titled “Questions we get”Do you charge per workspace or per developer? Per workspace. Your whole team accesses the same workspace at no extra cost.
Do you charge for admin users?
No. Workspace members (the humans on your team in app.prysmid.com) are unlimited on all plans.
Annual discount? On Pro no (it’s flat cheap). On Enterprise yes, negotiable.
Do you accept invoice / wire transfer? Pro: card via Stripe only. Enterprise: invoice + wire available.
LATAM tax? Yes, applicable VAT included on the invoice per country (Stripe handles it).
What if I stop paying?
14 days past_due grace, then suspended (user login disabled). Recoverable: pay and it’s back. Data is not deleted until 90 days after suspended.
Refunds? No automatic refund. On cancellation, cancel-at-period-end (you keep using until period end). For special cases, talk to support.
Plan changes
Section titled “Plan changes”- Free → Pro: Upgrade in dashboard, prorated from the day.
- Pro → Free: Schedule at period end. No refund for current period. Cancelable up to the day before.
- Pro → Enterprise: Talk to sales, manual migration.
- Enterprise → Pro: Negotiated contractually.
